CAN I MAKE MY SHADE SHED HIGHER OR CHANGE IT TO A SIZE NOT LISTED?.

Yes, if you are not able to find a size of our shade sheds (or any of our manufactured products for that matter) we can customise a size suitable for your needs, your available space or if you require a shed to be extra higher or extra wider simply email or phone us for a quote on a size that you require.

DO I NEED A CONCRETE SLAB?

No, they do not need to go on a concrete slab, we offer a range of different grounding options suited to your specific environment. For example some people will have a cement slab already they want to fix to, some may want to install their shed on dirt or gravel and some may wight to install their shed on cement piers.

Rapid Install Shade Sheds offers 3 different anchoring options for installation, all 3 are simple to install.

DOES MY SHED COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes, our shade sheds come with a 10 Year manufacturers structural warranty on the frames.

The roofing/walls come with the current COLORBOND® steel manufacturers warranty.

* This warranty is significantly reduced when the shed is located within 100km of the ocean as the crow flies.

WILL THE SHADE SHED BE EASY TO INSTALL?

Yes, the Rapid Install Shade Sheds are designed for easy DIY installation, and are designed in modules that can be transported to another site if required.

All our sheds come with step by step installation instructions if you wish to D.I.Y, the installation and can be set up with minimal tools and time, any home handy man can easily install.

Don't worry, if you do find it difficult you can always call for assistance or we can arrange the installation for you.

DO I NEED TO OBTAIN COUNCIL APPROVAL?

Council permits are always issued to the property owner and as such it is recognised that it is the property owner’s responsibility to identify if building approval is required.

In saying this, in most cases the need for building approval is significantly reduced based on our shed design and the ability to easily remove it.

Building consents are all dependent on current buildings, shed location and local council regional development constraints.

Every city or regional council have different requirements and regulations.

DOES MY SHED COME CYCLONE RATED?

Yes, we offer cyclone rated products that are suitable for all areas throughout Australia.

Engineered for strength & durability, Australian Designed and Manufactured from 100% Galvanised Australian Steel

Cyclone Ratings

C1, C2 & C3 rated structures come with certified engineer drawings (FORM 15) as required.

Our most common rating sold is N3 and C2.
